Facilities To Be Given To Maintain Contact<br>
(1) In circumstances where parents of a Child are living separately due to divorce or any other reason, the Child living with the father shall be given an
opportunity to maintain personal relation and direct contact with the mother and vice versa on a regular basis or be allowed to live
together with the other parents for sometime.
Provided that, court may restrict to grant the facility of maintaining direct contact or living together if there is a reasonable ground to believe that such direct contact and personal relation or living with the other parent may be detrimental to the Child’s interest.
(2) If parents do not agree on the question of the frequency of maintaining direct contact or the duration of living with the father or mother under sub-section (1), it shall be as prescribed by
the court.
